I love coming back here,I came back & now we've got a Tescos,Everybody was annoyed because of the mess,Huge trucks used to make lots of dust,You get kids hanging about but they've never caused me trouble,Its mainly young professionals with no kids round here,People keep themselves to themselves,I don't like talking that much,Feels like it might get crowded,Young people hangout,Huge trucks used to be a problem,Someone stole some swan Eggs,The porters lodge are the eyes of the GMV,There aren't that many kids that actually live here,They don't expect us to have visitors with cars,Don't feed the ducks - its bad,I see Herons & Canada Geese,I've lived all over London but like it best here,Its a pain the Post office closed,Everyone runs for the bus by the police station,There's no good light in the winter.

They brought it on themselves - I told them it wouldn't work,Speak to others as you're spoken to,Bank holiday heating,Never do anything on a wednesday as people like to watch the soaps,We knew it would be trouble,We keep it tidy round here,They really listened to what we wanted… thats important,More money than sense,We want a green space,All the spaces have been built on,Wednesday no soaps or football,We'll get there in the end,Its tenants versus property owners when it should be tenants AND property owners,There are big plans for the site but no money?,I wont stand for it,Sit back and not bother,Both sides of the coin,Housing / history / open spaces.

Over railway and a brick arch,Dog shit is horrible,Kids from rival estates,I worry about the vulnerable,Its lovely getting to know people,Community events are really good,I try and talk to as many people as possible,I hope this is helpful,Theres a place I want to show you…,Get the elderly out and about,How do we make sure everybody can be involved,There was a massive wasps nest in cornette sq,There's been talk of street parties…,Sitting on walls, getting moved on, lots of hanging about.,Where else are they going to go,You can never please some people,The amount of people you see running for a bus,Benches are a focus - thats why they sometimes get removed.,Buster the boxer dog is always over there,If you look at that it makes your eyes go funny,Bubbling on the estate,I love it here,Sold the riverside dream,Its all about playing statistics,Caught in the middle & can't please anybody.

We hang out at the other one. ,look up trees. Pigeons. look down. ,we hang out at the other one,You do a lot of walking in this job,Kids get out of the water then we tell them about the rats,You really know your own beat,Being able to help people in a way that wouldn't be possible otherwise,Its about managing expectations.

Its my last wash in Greenwich - I'm moving to a place with a washing machine,A friend of mine said it was a nice place to live,Happy to help,There was only 1/4" of snow and people still complain,I've worked here three months,I've only been here 3 months I'm not sure what to say,I want people to experience real music,The music appreciation society is coming here soon,Lets make a museum,Progression is regression,Things repeat themselves,Theres's no fish.

It’s starting soon, it’s starting soon… they’ve been saying that forever,Diversions, parking, traffic, river, motorway,My dad was a pierman most of his life – we used to get free rides up the river to Tower Bridge and Westminster,It’s like porridge – ok, but not brilliant,I told them there was an old doodlebug on the O2 site, they all thought I was daft, couple of weeks later it was on the news,Talking? There isn’t much of that around here,You’ve got to ride the storm,We need more homes, but kids need places to play,It’s like a chameleon – always changing,It’s about money and greed,We’ve got a bit of green in the middle of our council block, but it’s only used by the dogs,We like watching the changes… We’ve seen the plans they’ve had; the ones that worked… and the ones that didn’t.,Where are the kept exactly the same,This area is slowly getting round to being what it should be,Undervalued,It’s adrenaline-pumping and there is always something to do,Create community,Family,More sky-scrapers,More babies,Quiet, peaceful, fascinating, bright, spectacular,Expensive and rare,Whatever happens it’s always home,Beginning something new - this area needs something new,All roads lead to Greenwich,It makes me think of rotten factories which smell,I’m really not fussed,It’s like cauliflower – I don’t like it,Always new, always being built,Cherish every day of freedom,It’s coming,Makes me feel excited because it’s really tense,It’s brilliant because people have funny faces when they run,We do not have to have a 2012,Coloured fireworks,New things are invented and created,It’s like an oven – there’s a lot of smoke,The river is the asset – use it properly!,It needs a bit more stuff happening – what about a mini-festival?,We must be united, regardless of our culture,Proper art, not lip-service art,A colour-bomb of happiness,At night it’s almost silent around here, you feel like you could be in the country,When you walk down from Maze Hill it’s like you’re looking onto New York,They allowed it to deteriorate,If anything is wrong it is fixed,Always being re-built and always getting better,I’m all for progress, don’t get me wrong, progress is a part of life… but don’t change it too much,Old goes to new, things re-organised,A new life,Again and again,,,,,
